Constance of Austria, born in Graz on December 24, 1588, was a prominent figure within the House of Vasa. Her marriage to Sigismund III Vasa, King of Poland and Sweden, elevated her to the position of Queen Consort. In her capacity as Queen, Constance exerted considerable influence, particularly evident during her regency for her son, Ladislaus IV Vasa.
