Sophia of Prussia Hohenzollern, born in Potsdam in 1870, was a significant figure in European royalty. As the daughter of Frederick III, German Emperor, and Victoria, Princess Royal, she was deeply connected to several prominent European royal houses. She became Queen consort of Greece through her marriage to King Constantine I.
