Their story
Adolf, Duke of Bavaria, was born in Munich on January 16, 1434, a member of the venerable House of Wittelsbach. As the eldest son, he was destined to inherit the ducal title, reflecting his esteemed lineage and the expectations placed upon him from birth. His brief life, however, did not allow for him to exert any personal influence on the political landscape of his time. He died in Munich on November 2, 1441, at the tender age of seven, leaving a legacy defined by his ducal title rather than by his actions or policies. His passing marked an early end to a potential ducal reign within the Bavarian territories.
