Their story
Armand de Bourbon, Prince of Conti, born in Paris on October 11, 1629, was a significant figure within the House of Bourbon during a tumultuous period in French history. As a prince of the blood, he held several important titles, including Monarch of Lower Navarre, and was a co-prince of Andorra and Count of Foix. Though initially destined for an ecclesiastical career, his ambition led him into political and military affairs, notably his involvement in the Fronde. Later, he embraced a more devout life, engaging in religious and literary pursuits. He died in Pézenas on February 26, 1666.
